The Weekly Observer is a forum for sharing ideas on the important (and sometimes not so important) issues of our time. There also will be articles in areas such as science, technology and the arts. The articles posted here have been researched as carefully as time has permitted we trust that comments from our readers will suggest any corrections that may be needed.
